Child Policy
- Children below 5 years: complimentary stay on a plan basis when sharing the existing bed with parents
- Children 5–12 years: ₹800 per child per night on CPAI, without extra bed and mattress
- Children above 12 years / extra adult: treated as a full extra adult; standard extra-person charges apply with extra bed or mattress
Meal Policy
Rates are on a CPAI basis. For MAP or AP requirements, refer to the meal charges. Additional meal charges apply per person, per meal, inclusive of taxes.

- Flower bed decoration: ₹2,500
- Candle light dinner: ₹4,000 (veg / non-veg)

- Festive room surcharge: additional ₹600 on seasonal rates for Dussehra, Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s Day

- Standard check-in: 11:00 AM
- Standard check-out: 08:00 AM
- Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable
- Government-approved photo ID is mandatory; PAN cards are not accepted
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 30+ days before check-in: 50% of total amount refunded
- Cancellation less than 20 days before check-in: no refund
- Part-payment bookings cancelled 30+ days prior: 50% refund; initial payment is non-refundable otherwise
- Refunds to original payment method within 15 working days
- No refund for no-shows, unused services, or cancellations due to missing documents / required approvals
